Snoring fixes aren't a mystery. None of the usual ones were built to actually reach the throat.
The nasal strips fix the wrong problem. They open your nose, not your throat — so if the noise starts further back, the strip does nothing and you're out another $12 box, every month.
The mouthguard lives in a drawer because it's miserable. Molding it, biting down all night, waking up with a sore jaw and a damp pillow — it works for some people and gets abandoned by most.
"Just lose weight" or "sleep on your side" isn't a tonight solution. It might help eventually. It does nothing for the argument you're having this week.
The pillow or spray you already tried never touched the actual muscle movement. Passive fixes only help passive causes — if it's your throat relaxing, nothing short of addressing that does anything.
It isn't that you haven't tried hard enough. Nothing you've bought so far actually listens for the snoring and responds to it — so the same bad night keeps happening on repeat.
